dosage for beginer

whats normal dosage for first time user of test e and deca currently only doing 3cc of each a week and from reading these posts people are doing 300mg+ a week of each should i be stepping it up more? and are people really burning thru a bottle of each a week and is that in norm?

500mg wk TEST is a good range.
For DECA 2mg per pound of bodyweight.
