I was shocked when Burke won the NOC. His structure is just plain lop-sided, no bis and weird abs. Burke will not make the top 5 in the O. Cutler won the NOC last year and look what they did to him. The NOC is just for the guys who Weider needs to hype a little. The O will look like this:
