What do you guys feel are some major "dont's" while on gear? This probably depends on the cycle, but just say a normal test cycle. How much will drinking lightly affect your cycle and your body? What about heavily? Just looking for some things to heed perhaps.

No drinking. I don't do drugs so that isn't even a thought. No late night partying. I make sure I get plenty of sleep and I make sure my diet is tight. No BS food and I integrate a shit load of healthy foods.
