Dont know what to do

He is not still on 37mg of aromasin, he stopped that dose about two weeks in to the cycle. (high dose to reduce gynecomastia)
He has still sean little to no gains and feals the way i described in previous post.

Anybody have any idea of what is causing this?

IMHO, it was a mistake to take 40mg of aromasin ED before your friend even had elevated estrogen in his system. Not to mention that 40mg ED is an overkill on a 40mg dbol. I never went passed 20mg ED and even that was kind high, but everybody is different

To make a long story short he messed his hormons up a bit and at this point is wise to take 10mg aromasin E3D or even E4D, just so estrogen rebound is under control and does not have a rebound. Remember, it take 7-10 days for the full effect of aromasin to take effect.
He should have had a-dex on hand and used it as necessary. Acts much quicker than aromasin.
