Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below help everyone....currently im working at a mall. i sell phones out of one of those kioskes in the mall.. anyways....ive gotten qutie a few phone numbers from attractive females. theyve given their numbers to me (ive never been the real confident type to just ask girls for their numbers). in a sense i feel im lucky that they come up to me and want me to call them but im always scared that they might get to know me a little and ill be a disappointment...i never have the nuts to call them..and if i do, im always afraid to make plans in fear that theyre going to think im lame or something. i know i sound like a little fuckin baby but to me this is becoming a problem. anyone else have this issue? and how do you overcome it? ive read david d and many other works like his and it helpsto a point but getting security about myself is what i cant help. k

bro, you've been posting the same shit for about 2 years. It's always the same, "I'm too ugly", "I'm afraid to approach a girl", "she'll think I'm lame".........You've got to get over this shit, it's weak! Man up and get in the game little brother. You may crash and burn a few times but you'll eventually get there. Very few players are born with game (fortunately for me, I was - but don't let that discourage you) most have to hone their game over time. If it's a confidence thing, start with some of the uglier women and practice on them that way when you fuck it up it won't be like you blew a once in a lifetime opportunity. I'm half kidding with you but the fact is the guys that get laid KNOW they can get laid and the ones that don't just lack the confidence.

Best thing to do is be cocky. Switch the role, instead of not trying to act like a fool, imagine it as if the girl's job is to not act like a fool. If you put too much pressure on yourself you are sure to fail.
A trick to build confidence is go to a mall like 30 minutes away. While there, walk up to as many girls as possible and just say Hi and try to start a conversation. Even if you make a fool of yourself you are far away and you will never see them again. This is a realy good tool to build confidence.

He wasn't asking how to land a girl, he was asking how to build confidence. And 99% of the time the two can't be done analogously.
I suggest just building confidence for a bit before you actually attempt to get with a girl. And when you do attempt to get with a girl, be, like Matt M. said, confident not cocky.
