starting my 2nd cycle, first one was test/deca about a year 1/2 ago.
5 5'' 150
13% body fat
lifting about 3 years
diet wasnt so good but its improved a lot
also doing cardio 30 mins everyday if not every other day
Basically went from 130-150 while i was on the test/deca and now looking to get bigger and stronger
test e 12 weeks at 500/wk
tren ace at 50mg/ed starting 3rd week of test
aifm for bloat/gyno
starting hcg in a week or so once a week
and nolva for pct
