I'm weight lifting 3 times a week, just to keep fit and put on some muscle. I do 15 sets each workout and some abs, and I do cardio straight after. I don't take whey, creatine, steroids, nothing.
Just wondering, can this cause/accelerate hair loss?
I don't heavy lift I do around 8-12 reps per set, and I don't bench or squat, I deadlift though, and do dumbbell presses and lunges etc
