does fina change your body structure?

it cannot change "body structure" but it definately changes body composition, it changed my state of mind more than naything else though, ha...

lol. tren made me very bitter for some reason. it wasn't like i was angry and wanted to hurt someone, it just made me very bitter. kinda strange.

No, I haven't drastically altered my diet, but I've dropped cals slightly since I'm nearing the end of my cycle (Enan/Deca/Dbol, ending with Tren/Winny/Prop). I don't do any cardio. I wouldn't fully attribute my hard and vascular look to the tren however....it's probably a result of the water weight dropping as the enanth tapers off, and also the fact that tren works synergistically with winny. And yes, I would that your body composition can easily change with tren, though most of the change is due to the diet/training already in place.
 
BBF, first of all your avatar pic is old as fuck. Second of all, whatever you take isnt working cuz u look like pretty bad... it amazes me how much people forget what the NATURAL body can do when fed and worked correctly..
 
AAP, I admire your work.. I also cant answer your question cuz I am still natural.. You have to remember that not everyone is gifted as far as genetics.. when i read that somebody had great results from something, it doesnt mean much to me.. Sure someone with 15% bf that drops to 10% after whatever cycle, sure thats great. But dont let those type convince u that its worth it..

This is my second cycle. (not counting the 10 days of failed NPP horror).

I would think I should see a lot of benefits stacking it with 500mg weekly cyp.

Actually, my delts are 90% result of 8+ years competitive swimming. My back too. Though in my avatar, that is recently (this week) and I didn't work back from Jan 03-Feb 04. So I really need to pile the mass back on it too.

But training wise, I believe in presses. Lots of presses. Not as much as weight, but quality contractions. And I do more laterals than most people. Some just throw in 3 sets for side delts, but I can take them up to about 6-7 sets for side delts, another 6-7 sets for rear delts and still have presses thrown in. For side delts, one workout I will do all my sets 6-8 of just standing side laterals with dumbells. Next workout, I will use medium grip upright rows to hit the side delts for 3-4 sets and then (my favorite) 3-4 sets of laying (incline) side laterals. You will not believe the pull they give you at the start and the way they cap you out mass wise at the tie in.
