does creatine clean anybody else out?

like my body detects the slightest drop of creatine and my colon immediately goes to defcon 5. It yells to everyone, get the fuck out now!! It's not the runs either, it's solid. Like taking a fiber supplement......???

So anyway......how about the farts? Mine smell like rotting cabbage after only a gram or two of creatine. Just wondering if this is normal or a sign that my body isn't even properly digesting the shit and I shouldn't bother..........??

wrong forum...meaning this is aas not supplements.

But, friends of mine have bad gas/shits on creatine. I could drink 100 grams/day and it wouldn't affect me. Not in my bowls and not in my muscles. Creatine is 100% benign on me, I wish that were not the case but its true. Seems like people who are sensitive in the tummy to it also respond well to it. Go figure.

i bought some kre-alkiline, it was the worst, most painful shits i ever had! to the point i woke up an extra 15 minutes early just to shit. cell mass was the only creatine that didnt upset my stomache
