Does Clen Make you Hungry ?

I've never noticed any appetitie increase on it. Just be sure to eat good quality protein with that increased appetite and it'll help speed up your weight loss and keep muscle.
 
it usually decreases it, but i could see it being more of a mental thing being more hungry cuz you know your metabolism is movin a lot faster so you think you can eat it
 
the superclen made me more hungry actually... kinda wierd... was like i could have not eaten anything but when i started i couldn't stop

I think it's sopposed to be the oposite. While I was on I didn't notice any alteration of my appetitie.

I believe the ketotifen in the superclen will increase you hunger, so thats probably the reason.
 
I must admit, on the first days on clen i feel a real need for carbs!Of course when i'm using it i'm on a low carb diet also.But still i notice a difference in "carb hungry" when i'm using the clen.:)
 
When I took some Bulgarian clembuterol I felt hungry allmost all the time. Then when I started to eat I couldnt eat much at all. Strange...

Isnt clen supposed to increase metabolism up to 50%?????? If it does, wouldnt you think that youd burn twice as much(maybe)calories and have to feed your body more? I would.
 
I believe at best it's 10% increase in BMR. I've never noticed any appetite increase on clen? Never tried super clen.

Anyone taking superclen feel the lethargy that i do? Hungry and lethargic and on day 2... hope it subsides.

I started super clen about 3 days ago, what an exciting last few days. Hunger went through the roof at first, but that is subsiding. Fealt lathargic at first but that too is going away. The shakes are getting worst though with every day. I couldn't even go to chem lab today because I was shaking to bad. I thought I might shake and drop some chemical and blow the lab up. Noticed a little more vascularity so far, just have to get used to the whole shake thing I guess.
 
I am just starting my first ever cycle of clen. I got a solid incremental plan for the initial cycle but am confused on dosages for second cycle. Do I really need to start all the way over at low dosage on second go around? Seems a little bit of a waste. Or do I just revamp at my highest tolerable dose from first cycle?

@toy42 welcome to EF you're on a cycle now? right? so you are asking us for help to use clenbuterol or steroids or what?

we need you to post your LOG journal diary in a NEW thread with diet training and your current cycle
look below on HOW to do it

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

you can start at 40 or 60mcg and then work up
 
It would be foolish to give you any sort of advice when we know nothing about your training or your diet in the first place
can you please get a log going?

That question I asked on here was me just accidentally stumbling upon this forum. I'm not only going to need a walk through on my initial question but also on the "log" and other etiquette of the forum as well
