Or have you ever. if so what were your results and how did you dose it. I've been hearing some good things about it in regards to mood and energy and thinking about tossing it into the regimen. So please tell me your experiences with it.

I take sublingual b-12 (about a 1/2 gram a day), the bioavailabilty is low but I don't like needles. I think its worth it.

Do you notice any difference? How long have you been doing this?

i started doing the same thing.

i hate needles.....okay i'm scared of needles too. :worried:

Yes, many years ago.

I was just tested for deficiency and I came back very low - doc told me to take sublingual 1,000 mcg per day

I believe it is anti-catabolic, hard to prove - but I think it helps.

i use it for my "pick me up." it gives me a little burst of energy, but i don't think you'll notice a major difference unless its lacking in your body.

I want to start taking weekly B12 shots but don't know the dosing. The information on the webs is conflicting as well, seeing as it's given both subq and IM w/ varying dosing depending on the route.

What brand do you use?

1/2 a gram - really

Tabs?

i take daily b12 shot when im in training for a race. (triathlon) Gives me an extra energy boost and makes me sleep better. I take 1000mg a day in a .5 28g pin. doesn't even hurt at all so dailys don't matter much at all.

500 to 1000 mcg/day via insulin pin.if you can't handle an insulin pin you probably shouldn't be on ef.

Holy shit, I think you meant to say 1 mg (1000mcg) rather than 1 gram (1000mg).

I've been running melanotan for a few months now and have done quite a bit of IM in the past, doesn't scare me a bit.

yeah, its 1000 MCG... lil typo there

Absolutely no advantage to taking it IM unless you have a problem absorbing B12. A vitamin like DX7 has hundreds of times more than you can use. And VIGOR contain dibencozide, the co enzyme of B12 which is even more absorbable.

I use the time released B12 by Synthetek.
Great thing is only 1-2x injects needed per wk.

melanotan should be done subcutaneously to slow the release into bloodstream.it is more efficient than im and is why it is being developed into a slow release implant.
