Does anyone have sleeping problems at night?

I would love to be able to sleep until at least 7 am, instead every morning I find my self waking up around 530 and it does not matter what time I go to bed. I was wondering is it the exercise and training or what? Do any of you all have problems with this. I even tried Z mass and it did not change anything. Thanks
 
I would suggest trying to add something to your supplement regimen by GNC called Sleep Formula which contains melatonin, kava kava, and a few other ingredients. Pop one a night and makes me fall sound asleep.

I do have problems with sleeping... I cant get enough to sleep. I slept 11 hours last night and I still feel like I didn't get enough sleep.

thats my problem... 13+ h of sleeping rules! nothing beats going to bed aqfter hard session of db bench presses and heavy standing bb pressess
 
i think melatonen is in milk too, and it will put you to sleep faster...i think there are certain chemicals released when you masturbate that also help:D

and dont train before going to bed...it's equivalent to drinking a cup of coffee, and letting it kick in, and then trying to sleep.

I start out sleeping good but never finish the night sleeping good, once I wake up for some reason, I am up the rest of the night no matter what time. But I am on low carbs right now also. And dont eat after 530pm. But thanks for all the responses. Also can someone tell me how to get that Icon off that says I have a picture or whatever that means.
 
Yes!!

Today I took ECA for the first time in my life and I can't sleep.... I have to work in 4 and a half hours and I've had no sleep. And it's not like I took the ECA late in the day.... I took it at 11am.

I hate this.... the energy boost was awesome, but I'm not sure it was worth all this.

Any suggestions on getting to sleep?
 
I do. I always have to go to the bathroom around 4:30 in the morning, and wake up around 7:00. When I used to work nights I would get no sleep at all. Plus i'm sure the ephedrine and caffeine were contributers.
 
try this

If you train at night, you´ll be awake for at least 3 or 4 hours later. If your are taking some ECA (efe, caf, asp) things gets worse because you're involving your nervous system also.

I think you should try some DOXILAMINA (I don't know how's this called in english). Here in Spain the product it's called DORMILINA (Pensa Lab.). Take 25mg half hour before bed, it work better on an empty stomach, it's just great. It has no side effects but you'll sleep like a baby.

Another solution will be take MELATONINA (in spanish), it's the sleep hormone and can help you too.

Remember, if don't get enough resting your body won't release GH. (GH it´s released when you´re sleeping during the REM phase). And if your last meal before bed it's full on carbs you'll get your body into a hipoglucemic state and that can inhibit the GH's action.
