Yeah, you can usually predict final height by charting growth velocity and fitting it in a statistically modeled curve (doctors have it, you can find these charts on the net). My doctor nailed my height at 5'7.
Be warned, estrogen accelerates the closing of epiphysis, so if you're considering AAS, be watchful of aromatization. And I'm guessing being fat/chubby won't help. I was fat/chubby as a kid and I always wondered if the elevated estrogen levels caused me to seal faster (if I did indeed seal). I'm 19 now.
