Does anyone else have an adopted child?

do you have any issues because of it?
i rarely do- him finding his real parents isn't an issue, medical history isn't much of an issue, etc.

but a woman in the grocery store before wouldn't mind her own damn business and kept asking questions about why "M" didn't look like his brother in the same grade (she works in the school). wouldn't let up. even after my son told her he was adopted, she kept asking questions.
i finally interrupted her and said it was nice talking to you, but i think it bothered my son. now i'm pissed.

she seemed to have started off innocently enough. "oh, M, this is your mother? well you don't look anything like your mom OR your brother, do you?"
we laughed and said no (he and i are half siblings, but we don't look alike- he looks like his mother, i look like our father).
She asked if he looked like my husband. M and i laughed and said no.
she turned to me and said, "oh, i'm sorry... first marriage?"
