Does anybody know any good books on truth about supplements ???

I wanted to get one of Nelson's books so I'm PMed him a couple days ago, but he is not responding, I guess it would be better if I saved my money or put the $40 on red at the roulette table. If he's not responding to my PMs, but knows if I'll ever see the book if I send him money. I also did a search and it looks like a couple people send money and never received the book.

Anyway, does anyone know any good books I can get at a bookstore that talk about which supplements are a rip off and some workout tips

EAS has a good book on the truth about bb supplements, and it has some good traing tips in it as well. It couldn't hurt you just to check it out, go to a book store and in the back of the book there is a coupon where you can send in and get a free copy. Hope this helps. BIGBIZ
