Went and saw a foot specialist today for my gout problem and After I told him Pretty much all I eat is meat every day he told me It wont go away until I adjust my diet.So starting monday Im gonna go meatless and all veg for 2 weeks and see what happens and boy thats gonna suck because I sure do enjoy my protein.
