Doc says i might have a tumor in my back

Dunno if you been paying much attention but ive had moderate-severe back pain all last year. Im in the Army so ive kind of said it isnt as bad as what it is (they think its tight back muscles). Im on holidays now and saw some physios and a doc about it and they think it might be a tumor, i need to get tested next week. This sucks.
