Do you wish you waited?

started at 20, don't really regret it, but did not have this forum back then otherwise I probably would have waited till 21, just how my body works tho, usually run about a cycle every 1.2 years.

I was 27. Would've been far better off had I known of elite back in the day. Didn't start back up again until 33. In all honesty , had I started juicing at 21 I'd probably be in prison. There are just way too many hormonal factors working against you at 21. Of course some folks start at that age and are fine but they're more of the exception than the rule.

hmmm im 6' tall...190lbs single digit body fat I can easily be over 200 with a slightly higher bodyfat %...how much more can i expect to gain...i haven't gained much in the past 6 months just kinda stayed the same :(

Im Talking about more muscle than just pure poundage,When things slack your body has gotten used to everything you've thrown at it,time to switch things up and get the ball rolling again.

I agree with Radar and Steve. I started at 21 and have to say I regret it. I ran way too much gear, didn't use an AI, shriveled my nuts into raisins(they have come back btw) and thought I was so cool and swole. I could have reached what aas got me and not lost all my gains with the right diet and training routine. Your body has obviously adapted to what you are doing so you have to change it. If I didn't see results over 3 months I would have already changed my routine. Then gauge your progress with a change in routine. Not enough changes with that alter your diet. Your body is producing everything it needs right now to give you great results. Try being 39 and hitting the gym like a 21 year old. Lol Good luck bro! You couldlook at adding some natty supps like Unleashed to raise test levels and would probably gain like crazy off of it.

Ive tried the natty stuff...dosent work for me...bioforge, PES erase, DAA (did not like upset my stomach). I suppose I will wait...I do change my routine every other month, ive just like hit a wall! it sucks! I want 18 inch arms and im SO CLOSE (17's right now) lol

Yes i wish i had waited but only because there was not the plethora of information easily available as there is now. With the internet information and websites having discussion on this subject are plentiful and so research is easily done. Its not so much of an age thing it was the information available there is today that i would have waited and done things very different.

Research my friend thats how you will grow with AAS
