Do you train when sick?

It depends how crook I am.If I'm really not feeling crash hot my body usually tells me I need to conserve energy and get some rest.
 
Just be careful of sweating too much and not replinishing your fluids, especially when sick....dehydration is not your friend!
 
I don't usually workout when sick. I don't see the point if I can't go 100%... that and I don't want to spread it around.
