U UFC22 New member May 18, 2007 #23 I've done quite a few different routines in the past and all I know is 5x5 set/rep for heavy compounds such as deads/squats/bench/military/rows have gotten me the furthest. Fuck it i'm just gonna fully transfer to madcows 5x5.
