It is true that einstein theorized that all space was already bent, therefore being able to open a wormhole one would be able to travel from point A to B like in the paper example given. But that isn't the same as going back in time. And tell me, how do you "bend" gravity??

Going A to B in space is possible so why not going in time? After all if you go at faster speed (near the speed of light) then you are travelling in time. If you go FASTER than speed of light than you travel BACK IN TIME.

Tachyons are supposedly move faster then light. WOW! Imagine having a tachyon cannon... you hit your target before pressing a trigger... COOL!

To WARP(fold) space-time in order to INSTANTANEOUSLY
travel(What you are sugesting) from point A to point B
you'd NEED A MASSIVE AMOUNT OF ENERGY TO
RUPTURE SPACE-TIME.

Right now, the only thing capable of rupturing space-time
is a black hole.

Put it this way. Black holes are created when stars
collapse into themselves.

Therefore, the energy required= The energy produced
by the stars FUSION process.
That btw IS THE ENTIRE MASS OF THE STAR

In laymans terms, this is equivalent to an H-BOMB
w/ a total mass equal to a stars........LOL

Do you now see the futility of what you are suggesting?


In THEORY, only a matter-anti-imatter energy source
could achieve this:

Fission: Small Mass-energy conersion 1% or less

Fusion:Greater Mass-energy coversion 3%-4%

Matter-anti-matter: 100% Matter-energy coversion

SSAlex, I dont mean to sound mean BUTI don't think the
philadelphia experiment(movie) can be used as an
example.

And space-time dynamics is studied using tensor dynamics.

Imagine space as a string, it can be stretched, but in as far as
creating a "tear" you'd need a cataclysmic event(A stellar
implosion). NOTHING else can do this.
