Hell yes I'd say under 20% looks closer to 17%

I remember when a new guy arrived and posted pics and someone else posted 'non plats' and he was all like 'wtf? are you speaking french'.

honest opinions are totally welcome... thank you all... umm but I got my bf checked almost two weeks ago and it was 22 so I was thinking I may have dropped a couple...
 
i still dont see your look in playboy though.

im not feelin your backside. it looks strong and all but i dont know about playboy.
 
Court... gonna give you some constructive Criticism.. Upper body looks great but i think you need to add some size/muscle to your legs to balance out.

I know you'd said before you wanted to lose there but I'm still not sure as to why.

yeah very true dunk... I decided a couple of weeks ago to just keep training hard because I feel so damm good.... Last time I did playboy when I went in for my first test shots they told me to lose the muscle but I was a lot leaner than this around 10... so I gained some weight and got more curvy but for me that really isn't healthy... so I have a lot of support right now so I am just going to keep going on the path I am... if playboy tells me that I am to lean or to muscular than fuck them... I know peeps in the fitness modeling world and I think I am better suited for that anyways...

I want to lose the bf on my legs... My body leans out first in the upper portion... it has just started leaning on my legs.... so once the bf is gone you will be able to see my muscle... my legs are actually VERY muscular I figured skated as a child so I just need to lose the bf so that we can see that... I am training my legs bigtime right now so I will probably in the process gain more size there too...

it definitely looks to me that you're under 20%, however it can be tricky gauging women's bodyfat.

whatever the actual number is, you look great and should feel good about all the work you've put in to your workout.
 
I agree with Frisky - I think your quads/hams need a bit more size. Your upper body does look good, and when you mention it it is apparent you lose bf from the top down.

I still think you look really good.

I'm doing the same thing... I know that its hard for most to lose the bf in the leg area. I'm thinking that IMO if I were you I'd try to add more size. I think you could bring them up more then try to lean down. I'm not sure if thats what your goal is or not.

My legs are getting leaner and measure right around 23-1/2 give or take depending on the fluid I'm holding. I've lost some fat (and muscle) I'm sure in these past few weeks.
 
are you taking any drugs to help weightloss?

how's your diet look? (I ask this yet I've been eating like shit lately...haha.)

check out my log it has my diet and training... my diet have been spot on... I have been doing a primo/var cycle... and cycling clen/t-rex and right now I am taking hydroxycut instead...

You just need to host the pics on any image hosting site. Save them there. Then right click & copy & paste the properties here in the image paste icon at the top of the reply post (yellow box with a mountain thing in it).

A lot of people use Imageshack -- I use shutterfly.
 
I think it would be easier for us to give you objective feedback if you took some more pics in sexy "Playboy-Like" Poses. All that flexing and shit makes it tough to envision how you would look like in a real P-Boy photoshoot and distorts our perception on what areas you should work on.

I'm not sure about the body fat but Playboy has to be out of their minds if they don't like your look... I can't find any flaws!!! Your curves are great and you don't look to cut up... 90% of those girls don't even workout...

They just seem to like the platinum blond bimbo types..
 
thanks everyone and I will probably be doing another practice run photoshoot in the next couple of weeks so I will post a couple non-nudes for your dysection... heehee the legs need LOTS OF WORK!! I have been doing crazy amounts of cardio and really good training sessons on them but as you can see my upper body leans out WAY before the lower. this was the first week that I have lost any inches off the bottom since I started cutting so at least it is starting....
 
I would say 20-22%, my friend is at 17% right now and she is considerably more cut. Look great though, nice back.
 
I have no basis for judging women's body fat. I will say this though... you have really nice back detail coming in. That usually doesn't show up with high body fat.
Please don't take this as a degrading or subjectifying comment... but... WOW.. that ass is hot! :)

Courtney you look great your butt and hams are great as well as your back and bies. Quads need a little more lean mass and calfs could use a bit more too. I say you forget about playboy and shot for some sort of fitness mags.

no no thank you I take that as a compliment because I have worked really hard on my back!! the bum is getting perky woo hoo....

I have worked a lot on my symmetery in the past year and it is all finally coming together... so exciting!!!

I'd guess you are just under 20%.

For cardio, I'd suggest the stepmill too if your gym has one.

OMG I actually went back and looked at the picture to see if you could... your a nerd... heehee

the news came in last week monday I was sitting at 19%... if you go to my gallery and check out the new pics I took at work on the weekend you can see that my face has leaned out more so I think I am sitting around 18% now... woo hoo updated pics soon to come...

I didn't do the photoshoot today because I was sick and I thought I looked to flat... But I woke up this morning looking alright so I probably should have done it... but my friends are VERY understanding and so we will probably do it next week... and I think I will be closer to 17% by then... woo hoo!!!

I used to model as some already know.. I am going to do some more now but only when and with who I want to. I got out of it full time a year ago because I was tired dealing with the all the crap.. I also since them have battled my eating disorder so I want to be careful how I approach it this time.. thank you again for all your kind words!!
