do you snack when you study?

im having long hours at my study desk (nerd ..yes i know), but wondering if anyone has any food ideas to have whilst studying?
I dont drink coffee (apart from pretraing), so thats not an option.

Ive been having almonds, whey and flax, chicken pieces...any other suggestions that wont make me end up looking like a fat-ass??
 
Depends what diet you're doing.

I always snack when I'm studying and since I eat low carbs I usually buy turkey chunks, fry them up with salt and pepper and cut the chunks into very small peices and munch on that. Small chunks of cheese works great as well.
If you don't care about carbs, you can always munch on rice cakes (7 calories per cake I beleive). Best thing to do is make one of your everyday foods and cut it up into small peices and munch on that like you're eating a bag of chips.
 
Should try pork rinds since youre on the low carb route. The BBQ flavored ones aren't too bad. If your local supermarket doesn't sell them (mine doesn't), you can probably pick them up at Wal-Mart.
