Do you shower before every stick

I take a shower before i stick myself every time, but now i'm on tren ace and i stick myself every day. I like to do my sticks in the morning but i don't always shower first thing. think id be cool if i stuck myself without showering.

I usually pin right before or right after a shower. Right before it nice because the hot water gets the oil moving around in there and reduces soreness.

yes! test injected in the quads, right before a tough lower body work out helped me to minimize (or rationalize away) any injection soreness the next day.

If you are doing tren you are sweating a lot. I think you should shower twice a day regardless of when you stick yourself.

I just swab the area with two pads, 1 pad on the bottle top - inject, swab the bottle top again and swab the area of injection and put pressure on it so no bleading..simple as that.. If I'm dirty from yardwork or something, then yes, I would shower.. But I prefer to swab and then take a shower and turn it on extra hot where I injected (usually delts).

Done more than 1000 injections in my life (all aas) and the only time I used to take a shower before was on the first cycle when I didn't know better and was super paranoid..

A lot of people suggest this, but doesn't it defeat the purpose of an intra-muscular injection? Isn't the idea of an IM injection to facilitate a slow dispersal of the steroids. I suggest it may be a better idea to inject an area that won't be worked out immediately.

No lol. I know there's technically health resins for doing pins safely. But I ignore all of them lol.

I pin in the morning regardless of shower or how clean I am. I've never wiped or cleaned the area. I general use the same needle 4-8 times. I do not change the head to pull fluid and then put on a new one to inject either.

Never gotten sick from it, and never gotten a bump or bruise. My body can take abuse and it loves it.

I alcohol swab site plus top of vial then draw with 18 and inject with 22. Wait a minute or two then wipe any remnants from the site and finished.

No problems and i think showering is overkill. Alcohol swab will leave area cleaner than a shower.
