do you lift on vacation

Keeping the lifts def helps, but making any headway requires intensity. On any given day I prolly don't have the intensity I need ot make a gain... save the 5% of days that are special. the other 95% are just maintaining...

im going to austin to visit a friend who started lifting so we will lift, then i will lift at the hotel gym the other place we go, so i will probably nto be able to work out as heavy, but for about a weeks worth of workouts ill just do high rep stuff to get a nice beach pump and remind my muscles they exist, and do some cardio

World Gym was across the street from the hotel...... I concur, most hotels have a "gym" that consists of a couple treadmills and a nautilus.....

and a dumbell rack with dumbells ranging from 2.5lb to 15lb.
