I know one very personally... me. It happened 13 years ago and although I've been able to recover and move past it, it's a scar that will never completely heal. I use it as a tool for building a stronger me. The one thing that helped me the most was getting up in front of strangers and speaking to them about my experience. It wasn't easy, but you can't believe how great it felt to be able to help others.

Does it really matter? The law is pretty damned clear...consent cannot be given by someone who is passed out/incapacitated etc; Hence the term, "date rape drug."

Evangelical based or real world? Guess what, intoxication is not a defence in the "real world."
