i don't think that there is anything about me that someone doesn't know...seriously. and, there are a couple of people that know pretty much all of it. as i've gotten older i just don't have much of an ego anymore, and the list of things that i did (or didn't do) in my past, that i still feel particularly uncomfortable or ashamed of is pretty damn small, and i think i've divulged pretty much all of them to someone.
one thing that i recently realized...if you set out on a course to eliminate regrets, you may very well end up with some bigger and more pervasive regrets than the innocent and childish regrets that you replaced.
heck, sometimes you might even find yourself wishing that you had the old ones back.

i gotta get a couple discs removed from my neck and the verts fused...probably sometime in the next couple weeks...i've been on a super-strict diet to try and get as lean as possible before they cut my ass open, just in case my activity level is curtailed for an extended period of time...fml

I've never had a neck or back problem in my life..a few weeks ago I could do 20 pull-ups my first set..the next week I could only do 10..the week after? -0-
I have no pain, just this funny, buzzy, tingling feeling in my left arm and numbness in my fingertips (thank God I'm right handed!) and a pronounced weakness in my left arm.
Going to see a neurosurgeon at UPMC tomorrow. We'll see what he says. Whatever..I don't care..I just want my left arm back!

yeah...i had an mri last monday...i've gotten claustrophobic in my old age...the doc gave me a lorazepam...didn't feel anything...butt, i feel asleep inside the tube, so i guess it must have worked? haha
i'll email you the results from the read...most of it doesn't mean shit to me.

yeah, MRI's suck
thoracic wasn't too bad ... they don't put you that far into the tube
drugs for me too next time I have to do that bullshit
knot sure why they can't get open MRI's up to snuff

I was all the way inside that sumbitch and they put a cage on my head like Silence of the Lambs..I thought I'd be stark, raving mad in like 10 seconds..instead I just felt happy haha..then I after a few minutes of listening to that clicking and thumping, I fell dead ass asleep..drugs are awesome, m'kay?

Oh, they did some cranial imaging too because the left side of my lips and my left cheek were sort of numb feeling too..that turned up nothing..but a big ass brain..that I'm really not using very effectively imho.

My two series were 40 minutes each..they woke me up after the first one and I went and peed while they were setting the machine up for the next series. They had to redo two of the individual series in the second go round because I was flinching too much while I was sleeping. I remember it too. I was so nervous before the test because of the whole claustrophobia thing that I didn't eat much before the test..so I was STARVING..and I was dreaming that I was standing beside my grill flipping burgers. I even remember dreaming that I was eating one. My dream was interrupted by the tech calling out "Mr. Digimon? Are you asleep?" "Yes ma'am..I think I was." "Do you think you can stay awake and hold still while we re-run the last series." Yes ma'am. I'll try. Sorry." *female giggling in the background
