Take 81 mg of aspirin (enteric-coated) 60 minutes before you take the niacin. It should prevent the flushing.

Sustained-release niacin (NiaSpan) will also limit flushing.

i take the sustained- relelase before riding, it helps with my CT and prevents my arms from pumping up...250mgs.

Most people flush on the regular niacin

niacinamide doesnt flush you, unfortunately i didnt formulate the product though.
