Do you feel useless after a nap?

Because I do. I feel like I could have spent the time doing something more productive...like meeting my weekly bate session quota...but seriously, do yall ever feel useless cause of this?
 
Not me. I can't function without my afternoon nap. I have to pop some cardio breeze during the weekdays (I have a cube, thus, I have to stay awake).
 
I've had occasion to get some extra sleep during these 4 days off. I feel extremely groggy after waking up from a nap.

No i avoid naps like the plague!

Daytime is for doing stuff, nitetime is for loving& sleepin.

I can't nap.
I might pass out but either way I am worthless afterward.

Besides when I've overtired I can't sleep I just keep going until I pass out.

power naps people

a 30min + nap will make you useless - set your alarm for 20min and take in some caffiene - by the time you wake up you'll feel recharged.
 
If you nap more than 20-30 minutes, it's counterproductive, since you end up going into a more deep sleep, waking up groggy and tired.

I had to drive my sister to school. She didn't go for the full day but had to go to do a presentation in the morning so I had to get her there and back. Or else I'd have slept in ;)

Um, ask me about the diet thing next month :worried: I've been eating crappy for the last few weeks. I really have no excuse - gonna get the diet in track though, I swear. If anything, for my own self esteem, I feel better about myself when I'm taking better care of myself.
