i was reading an article by cris aceto saying that if your own a low carb high protien diet that you should eliminate cardio...he says that you will get shredded just from working out and staying on this diet...he also recomends that every 7-10 days you bump your carbs up to keep your body guessing...what do you guys think????
 
I think he's wrong.
You should not be on a low carb diet in the first place if you are going to weight train.
You will not get shredded if you don't burn more calories than you eat and cardio is the best way to do that.
Carbing up has nothing to with keeping your body guessing.
The whole premise is ridiculous.

Eat carbs, use Glucorell R to make sure they are used properly and do cardio and weight training. If you're in a hurry to get shredded add a fat burner like Thermorexin.
 
goto the diet board man,there are alot of people their who think along those lines,but I personally agree with ulter,but low carb kills me
