Man I hear and read that you shouldn't go heavy all the time because you are more prone to injury. But when you are on boy you feel so strong you hate messing around with the lighter weight if you know what I mean.

So do ya'll go heavy the whole time and if not please tell me how many week you go heavy in a row and how often you go light?

Inotherwords do you work chest heavy for 3 weeks with 1 week light or light for 3 weeks and then one week heavy. See what I am saying?

If not, tell me and I will try to explain better.

man to be honest, i do the same type of reps no matter what. the only thing that changes is the amount of weight. i usually do 15,12,10,8 as my reps for every type of lift. i usually workout every muscle group once a week, then at the end of the week i do a full body workout. monday-chest, tri's. tues-back, bi's. wed-legs. thurs-shoulders. friday-off. sat-full body circuit. i squeeze abs in anywhere i can. hope this helps ask me if u need any further info...ive been lifting for a while and have had many good lifting coaches (football)

I go big or go home when on and off doesnt matter for me.

agreed. as long as u are pushing urself, high reps light weight or low reps heavy weight it doesnt matter. just push urself and u will see results its guaranteed

I mix up rep ranges every workout.

First exercise I work up to a 3RM then drop the weight and do high reps really focussing on getting good muscle contraction on my target muscle.

For the rest of the workout ill pyramid up or down with an exercise i.e 8 reps heavy, 12 reps moderate, 15 lighter. But I always go hard and push out the last few whatver rep range.

Ill also keep the reps at like 6 then after 3-4 sets ill drop the weight and push out like 15 to trick the muscles.

8-15 reps here

If i'm not sore i consider the whole workout wasted

Bets advice you'll ever hear.. Listen to your body and react from there.
