Do people outwardly tell you they see a difference after you've done...

tell them that you take a lot of creatine and protein shakes. if they aren't in the know, then they will believe you.

LOL......Thats EXACTLY what I do ! "Man, your getting big....what are you taking?" I usually respond with.... " Just a bunch of protien/Creatine/Food and most important...rest !"

Lately everyone is telling me how big I am getting ! As far as the family thing, they know about my aas use// they act like how a dr. would towards it....they dont like me using it but they cant stop me from taking it thats all.

Even with short cycles, people still realized i gained weight. One problem while on, is that you bloat from all the estrogen in your body and it shows on your face. So if you are worried about that, just dont let anyone see you while you are coming off cause then they will def. realize something isnt right. theyll think maybe you are sick or something. but with all this media aas baseball frenzy going on, its made people think aas are super heros. people are alot more ignorant then we give them credit for lol.

I find it funny when people ask me about all the weight i gained. Ive had a few family members and friends joke around about me being on roids, but nothing like a serious accusation. I tell them the usual, creatine/protein/weight gainer story and im sure almost everyone believes it. If they dont....oh well, they cant prove shit anyways.

the funniest time is the summer. When you cruise down the roads with your top off (I dont often do this as i prefer to stay covered up) but the looks, the nudges people give each other to look at you, etc..,
To be honest when you get to a good size and in lean condition (BF 8% or below) people will stare and anyone with a brain will know your taking gear.
however if you are an average size just lie - say its creatine, a new workout program and more food. at the end of the day who gives a flying fuck what people think. I love it when I get stares from people, because hopefully it will buck their ideas up and try and get in shape too - less fatties around that way!! :qt:

Yes. Basically most women will say something in a complimentary way, and it makes you feel confident and proud of your hard efforts. With guys, usually more is said negatively out of jealousy, stupidity, or ignorance (but most often not to your face). Personally, I never pay heed to the negative comments because 90% of these these morons can't do a proper squat, let alone find the gym. Chances are that the same person that calls you a "fucking juicehead" behind your back is probably downing a bottle of Jack after work and blowing lines on the weekend, unable to satisfy his girlfriend. Such is the hypocrisy of the modern age.

a cycle? Generally speaking, do your transformations, including your first, get people telling you that you've gotten a lot larger? Like family, friends?

Who hasn't been told that. :)

No2, creatine, glutamine, protien, bcaa's, and what ever supplement you could possibly think of is what I tell them I'm on. People tend to notice when you put on 60lbs in a few years.
