Do people outwardly tell you they see a difference after you've done...

It's not a matter of me not handling people telling me I'm larger, it's them suspecting how I got that much larger. That's a valid concern, especially if you were someone looking to keep your aas use to yourself and yourself only.

tell them that you take a lot of creatine and protein shakes. if they aren't in the know, then they will believe you.

and anyone in the know wont dispute.

I'm amazed at the number of people who ask me if I juice, like it's asking someone if they like to drink pepsi or something so casual. I hear people whisper all the time "must be roids" especially boyfriends who catch their girls looking at me. But after a cycle, people always comment something must be up. I tell them yeah, 9 meals a day and hard work on a proper program with nothing but basic lifts. They may not believe me, but they can go back to their superset workouts full of cable crossovers and eat one meal a day.

I get it all the time... Today I saw a co-worker who hasn't seen me in 4 months. He didn't say a work but I saw him looking at my shoulders and arms like WTF! He works out too but is more of the lean, skinny build.

Yes - my significant other noticed the muscles - I've also dropped close to 30lbs and many have noticed that. I'll be ripped after this next cycle so I am sure I will get some comments.

you worry too much. we all have our vices. some people drink, some do drugs, some use steroids. we all have the things that we do in life, and have our own reasons. Do whatever you want to do, and dont worry about what people think. if you are worried that someone will think that you are doing steroids, and can't deal with them knowing, then don't do them. its that simple. in general, most people can be brushed off with the "I take creatine, drink lots of protein shakes, eat 8 meals a day and train hard" line. As far as family, DENIAL GOES A LONG WAY. No parent wants to believe that their child does something that is illegal, and they will do/believe anything that would make them think that their kid is an outstanding citizen who does no wrong.

Dude - I don't think it's the "other" people you should be concerned about - it's YOU. Not flaming here, but you sit there and think about people suspecting you of juicing? WHO GIVES A FUCK - just lift and enjoy the gift you have (being able to wake up every day and put on ANY muscle)

PS - "don't worry about what other people think of you, cause' it's none of your business"

It's not a matter of caring what "other" people think, it's the people whom are close to me that I worry about.

What I'm trying to figure based on people's anecdotes is the DEGREE to which steroid use gets people noticeably attentive and how they react to it. Obviously there's no stopping it if you do do them.
