Do I have gyne or am I just fat?

ok. heres my life story. Im 16, im fat and just generally a big MFer, 6'2. Iv been fat since I was like 8, and I have a sweeeet set of man tits. For the last year, I have been lifting, running, and biking but I dont diet. Do I have to? Anyway judging from these pics do I have gyne or am I just fat. Or rather, If I continue losing weight will they go away, because they used to be alot bigger!
