Good info. Also be sure to say you have had to problem since puberty. That way insurance should cover the costs.

for best results I would use a good plastic surgeon.

yes a genera surgeon will perform the surgery and it will be a little bit cheaper but they are not trained like plastic surgeons are, to make the scars as minimal as possible (and they dont really care that much)
