Do any of you have tndon issues from lifting and using for so long?

I have had tendon issues for the past 5 years. Im 44 and have used off and on since i was 28, I'm on HRT 250mg cyp/wk right now. I do cycle lightly while on the HRT but its tough to time it when your Dr decides to run bloodwork occassionally.

Is there anything to help rebuild / strengthen my tendons? Just got MRI on my left tri and it is a partial tear. Did it in August and reinjured it dirtbike riding and then twice in self defense ( blocking some assholes punches)

I'm on a min of 1 iu HGH /day and when I can afford it I run a min of 2iu/day.
I'm thinking of going to 4-5iu/day to see if it will help. I would also like to run some IGF but it is very pricey. I got decent results muscle size the first time I ran it with HGH post workout and site injections.

I've gotten faster recovery injecting test p in the injured area. Also, 1 iu of hgh under the skin above the injury.
If you are brave, inject a little into the injured area as done for prolotherapy. It will hurt!!

Once you have an injury, you'll carry a weakness forever. I wrap the joint. And have changed from the exercise that hurt me.
Yates had to do this for most of his body.
 
ive found prolotherapy to work wonders for tendon/ligament issue. Not generally covered by insurance but worth the out of pocket expense if your active. In conjunction with that for coaxing the body into repairing injuries the ticket is proper nutrition. You name it and most of us, even when on ample multi-vitimins, are suffering from grossly low levels of certain things.
