try behind the back militaries with a slick 1" ROM and a seductive body bump to help that eccentric/concentric cross-over. try to use at least 70lbs on the bar to make it really impressive.

Yep, that's pretty much what I do for shoulders, except every now and then I'll do military with dumbells for a few weeks, then go back to the bar.
 
I walk some with light weights, but I try to avoid anything heavier, because Im afraid Ill accidentally get as big as Arnold and I dont think muscles that large would be attractive on me.
