Don't buy stock in DNP. We are about to put it down on the popularity list.

It fucks very badly indeed, with a whole slew of liver microsomal and mito cytochrome P450s thru PXR and CAR nuclear receptors - the primary steroid and xenobiotic drug metabolism activators. But worse, far worse, it fucks with RXR and FXR, the retinoid and bile acid nuclear receptors. Kiss your immune system and liver biochemistry bye bye.

Not to mention what it does to renal tubules. But hey, liver and kidney regenerates. Doesn't it?

For those not paying adequate attention here: DNP is chauffered out of the body by binding to glutathione. Its sucks it out of liver and it activates drug detox mechanisms that are a sure bet for forming DNA adducts with the ROS activated form of DNP, once glutathione is depleted.

obviously you would want to take measures to prevent a lack of fuel from occuring. as noted you would physically have to RUN OUT of adipose tissue on te human body in order for this to happen.

If I designed a protocol utilizing this Id try to take measures to keep it short and use a ramping approach.

its a bit more complicated than that tho - an easy way to think of it is nutrient logistics - can you suck enough nutrients out of adipose and sleletal tissue fast enough, and get them where you need them to be?

big risk to take imo..
