Did a cycle of dnp this weekend
1000mg-friday
700mg-saturday
700mg-sunday
lasted only 3 days
Observations:
friday night, was fealing warm, was burning up durring the night
on saturday dnp was at full effect, running hot, water retension, fatigue, urine discoloration; on sunday same as saturday; on monday water retension still there, still running a little hot, other then that was ok; tuesday, much of the water fell off (you cant imagine how many bathroom runs i have made over the night), body temp is back down.
Diet:
Ate everything i wanted, when i wanted it.
