DNP Day 6: update

Starting weight: 170
Weight as of today: 170
day 1: 600mg
day 2: 600mg
day 3: 600mg
day 4: 800mg
day 5: 800mg
day 6: no doses yet

All doses are spread out between the hours of 6pm and 3am. Basically so I can have a more active day. The hardest part is getting up and active in the morning, and motivating myself to train (damn bloating for one thing makes me feel n look fat), once I start however I'm good for the rest of the day. Still feeling fatter than when I started though even looking fatter than when I started.

I'm considering ending my cycle now. I feel as if I'm getting fat somehow. Hopefully after I end the cycle I'll drop water retention and look good again. Depending on how the results went after this cycle. My next cycle may be 200mg a day, and instead of using the DNP to mainly cut the fat, I'll use it as a slight aid such as an ECA stack.

I'm still not sure if I will end it yet as of today 8 days will be the max length I will stay on which would mean I still have 3 dosing days left. UG.

I ate about a 500-600 calorie breakfast.

I'm hot all the time now. It doesn't bother me that much except in the morning I feel lethargic before I get myself up and moving. For example it took me at least 10 minutes to put my shoes and socks on to go dirtbiking, but once I went I was perfectly fine (my stomach felt odd but mabe it was all the cereal sloshing about). Came home changed and hit the gym, once in the gym I had trouble starting because I felt FAT like I have a full stomach (I hate training when I'm feeling full I rather being almost empty stomach or empty stomach. I almost didn't start was very hot and was looking for excuses not too do legs, hmm I should probably just do cardio today since If I do legs now I won't be able to do cardio for another week, then I got on the bike, and pedaled for 5 seconds before giving up, went over sat down by the fan+airconditioner. Finally started doing squats and I felt fairly good the rest of the time. Still didn't feel as lean as I used too nor did I look it. Abs are still diminished drastically. But the heat and sweat I felt was good feeling not bad at least and I was a little happy since even tho both my chest and back days during this cycle showed no improvement my legs would much improved from before (I just started squating so thats why it made good gains). All in all the hardest part about my DNP cycle is the question is it helping or is it hurting? I'm probably taking in more calories than I usually do, and I've also cut out the cardio that I used todo because I can't bear through it. I used to do it when I woke in the morning then go home and eat breakfast, but since I now feel like shit in the morning I eat breakfast right away and don't do the cardio. GOD DAMNIT the suspence the suspence. continue or stop ahhhh damnit I wish the DNP girls answer to fat (or however the title went) would add the third installment.

So from here.
1. continue next 3 days on dnp dose since the end of the cycle is usually where the most asction occurs (because of overall build up, and possibly better control over it carb craving effects)
2. Stop now and assess damages/improvements


next cycle
1. next cycle I do 200mg a day used like ECA so I would have to keep everything as normal which may be hard.

2. next cycle I do kinda how I'm doing it now because it worked (thing is possibly they both would work but which would work better hmm, or they could both hurt me because I'm a lethargic POS, with no metabolism to enhance)


Question
If I do 500 calories burn worth of cardio amd I burning 500 calories or am I burning 500calories+50% metabolism hike = 750 calories. Basically I don't know if DNP will effect calorie expenditure of activities or it won't because it is only increasing BMR because its thoughing off calories as heat
 
OK going to go the distance. I just ate supper holyshit. I ate pretty light 3-4 slices of hmm what the hell was that meat... mabe it was lean pork if there is such a thing that might have been it. I normally don't like pork yeah it was pork just lean. A good helping of mixed veggies (little over cooked). and a glass of milk. I had a decent sweat lvl during the meal was dripping or anything but if I wiped my hand on my forehead it woulded be soaked. After sup I went and laid down I fell asleep and woke in quite a bit of sweat. Finally looks like the DNP hit me hard. Even after I woke up I was just sweating my ass off laying there. I finally got up to get some water came back down and put the air/fan on. Just now my bro told me its freezing in here. I had no idea it was (I turned the air off, the fan is doing good still since the air is supposedly freezing in here). Anyway I've noticed one thing I can go upstairs and I don't really feel much hotter than when I am downstairs in the freezing temp. I had though the air condition wasn't really working but it turns out the DNP is keeping me nice and toasty. I had thought that if I was comfortable in the cold I would be horribly uncomftorble in the heat. I guess it isn't quite so, unless its after a meal in which case I incinerate.

I'm guessing even if I don't hit the gym in the next few days (which won't happen I always go). I would still lose weight correct? Basically I know that as good as cardio goes, I'll be damned if I'm going to be able to do it tommorrow. Not just because of the DNP but also because I did legs today so they are going to be fried for the next few days.


hypothetically would I benifit from more from remaining on for 3 more days even if all I did was watch movies and tv during that time? (Its not going to happen, but lets say thats the situation)

Or off of DNP w/ 1hr cardio morning and weights in evening.

This is for someone at my dose lvl and 170 lean abs visable (well I used to be lean damn you dnp heh)
 
Enock, good job. I just cut my cycle short. The good news is the yellow color of my eyes is starting to fade. Still cant cool off. Been wet with sweat since Monday. Been 36 hours since last dose. Has any else had problems with discolored eyes. My friends and family noticed right away. Starting to feel like a human again. Just want to be able to sleep on a dry sheet instead of a pool of my own sweat. Hopefully in a few days I will think it was worth it.

From the way you seem now, I would holf on as long as I can. You seem to be at the point where concentraitons are high and the reall fat burning is starting. Good luck

I went out to eat today. As I was sitting there in what I was told was a cool room, I was dripping sweat.

IMO, yes. I think what one has to keep in mind is that sweating to a certain degree is DESIRABLE... it means you're burning/melting fat. If you adjust down your dose just to stop sweating, you're short circuiting the true efficacy of DNP. I think, although one should start off at a low dose to see how one reacts &/or to check for any possible allergies, you should take the dose as high as you possibly can handle in regard to sweating... more sweat = more fat loss. Just my opinion.
