DNP caps question

I have some DNP supposedly dosed at 200mg/caps.
I just weighed one caps on a digital scale and the weigh is 500mg (including the caps).
does it sound good to you or should my stuff be overdosed ?

I dont think you can accurately tell that way. The powder might have fillers in it. You really dont know! A lot of time DNP is cut with something!

Caps have to have fillers. Otherwise the caps break under small amounts of preassure... like being shipped in an envelope.

What size are the caps? I know I always put my powders in either a 0 or 00 capsule. And transportation is never a problem......the source should ship them in a bubble wrap anyways. you can try emptying a capsule, and getting an estimated tare weight of the empty capsule. Dnp is rather fluffy, at least in humid environments so try not to empty it onto anyhting that it might stick too.
