Here's a quick vid for you guys to check out. As I'm on a 5 wk break before my next cycle I have noticed I've lost a little strength on my bench over the wks I've dropped 10kg but funny thing is I've beat my record for squats and leg press. My press has increased to 3x8 @ 110kg 232lbs and squat 95kg/209lbs 3x8

Your squat is looking better. I would say looking gr8 but you had a top on...so that kinda sucked it up for us. LOL!:evil:

Hey fellas!! Not a good week for me I'm having to take 1-2 wks off my trap is so painful ATM I can't lift, I'm hoping 2 wks rest will sort it as I start my next cycle 14th oct ...

Hey Zed sorry I'm still here just so much going on ATM. Yeah my trap is 90% better than last wk. it's a constant ache that is in the right trap right at middle point of shoulder blade sometimes it's that bad that I can't turn my head then other it's just there but not too bad. I seem a physio who told me to go for cortisol inj but I'm hoping to put that off until spring just before I deload for my cut. I missed a few days training but making sure my protein is high enough and I'm eating right. I managed a full wk last wk and feel totally pumped now. I started beast and test wed for 8 wks so hope it's not too awkward ...hope your all well I'm going to post up some numbers up next.
 
Here are some number before I hit the next 8 wk cycle.

Bench 70kg I got up to 77.5 on my last cycle but lost a lil strength off cycle.
Hammer strength decline 3x10 @ 30kg each side
Pec dec / db flies


Arnold press 2okg was 22.5kg/ ohp 55kg 4x8 7 6 5 just started this in place of Arnold just to mix it up a little
Front raises 15kg each arm 3x10
Side lat raise 15kg each arm 3x10
Ez bi curl 3x8 8 7 7
Pull-ups bi's 30

Tris I use pully machines as easier on tendon or close grip bench and dips.

Back hammer strength 3x10 30kg was 35kg and hammer strength lat pull down 30kg each Side.
Reverse fly machine4x10
Bb shrugs 3x10 135kg

Squats 4x8/10 209lbs
Leg press 4x8 110kg 242lbs
Calve killers/ press 2x25 60kg

Quick update peeps!! Training so far so good again had to switch around some stuff to make it easier on my tendon (elbow) I would say also after two weeks at light shrugs instead of hitting my usual 130kg that my trap feels 85% better so hope to get it to 100% then go bk up weight. I've been doing resistance for my Delts in stead of side lat raises as at a heavy weight they killed me. My squat has gone up to 214 lbs but working at going a lil lower before adding any more. Will post up numbers in a couple weeks.

BBL Shrugs from rested bar 3x10 @ 75kg ( I'm normally hitting 150+ but due to pulled trap just hitting low ..

I'm healing up nicely so training going well ATM numbers increasing since last post. Now got bench up to 75kg I'm determined to break my record before end of this cycle need 80kg 4x8 , also hsmmer incline numbers are going up immensely 40kg each side 4x8 ,
Couple others are db press 4x8 that's gone up to 25kg DBS , squat 100 kg 4x8 .. There are more I will post up when I Have them in front of me. View attachment 90763

I just hit my yearly goal for bench 5 months early I hit 80kg 176lbs 5 6 6 4 heading for 4x8 then I hit incline @ 85kg 187lbs 3x8 followed by burnout flies then there's more a tremendous tri workout after ......

Thanks Zed, been meaning to get back on here more often but I been kinda busy lately. I'm moving to Germany next week 😃 and I've been getting everything ready. Tying up loose ends and stuff before I leave. :evil:

100mg Primo both weekly
10mg Dbol daily
Im going to run this keeping a good eye on sides ..

Hey boobsy you may need to up that primo to really see much from it. Its always so hard to tell for you babes how much to run. So if your not getting much from it make it 200 mg/week. You should be ok on that amount. You appear to be very tolerant to this stuff.
 
Yeah I was planning on dosing as you said Zed but with slow increases so not to cause any spikes in my intake apparently this is better to find the tolerance.

I just benched 80kg 6 5 4 4 lol I'm getting stronger by the week !
