well girl hug you around your waiste so if she says she can hug you and before couldnot that means you have lost alot around your midsection.
as far as the arms being half the size.. you cant flex fat ...when your arms are leans and soild they do look smaller but when flexed looks huge. so i suspect she just looked at the overall size before you toned up .

i mean big fucking deal the fat lady at the circus has 30 inch arms... but who the hell wants that? soild 17-18 inchs ar better then any fat fuck with 20 inchers.

my girlfriend commented on my arms are "half the size" and she can actually wrap her arms the whole way around me. Using less than half the amount of steroids and dieting, probably wasn't the best idea.
I dont know if i rather be huge or be athletic looking.

Do not let someone else make you feel less then what you are, if that you in your avatar you look very good. Arms, legs etc should all be in proportion to the remainder of the body. oversized arms with scrawny legs is not a good look.

do not worry, if your girlfriend do not like, I am sure there are many others who would appreciate a nice guy with great body who care about what he look like as you do

What are your measurements and stats?

My arms are about 18.5 they were about 20 so with the fat loss that's about right. i loss some in my chest and in my neck...but i didnt measure. I just measured my arms today.

I think my girlfriend was just surprise at how fast i lost the weight, she told me that she didnt mean anything by it.

yeah that's me about 2 years ago...my legs better than they were but are really bad still...i still have a long way to go to bring them up. thats why you never see pictures of my legs
