ok...my doctor-prescribed regimen is 250mg test cyp every 10 days...i've opted for 250mg every 7 days...and the funny thing is, my bloodwork still comes back on the low-normal end of things with regard to free test.
my doc also has me take 100mg each day of both dhea and 7-keto dhea (supposed to help stabilize hormone levels)...he also has me take (or is aware that i take and has approved of) a number of other supplements that are related to joint, heart and/or all-around health (e.g., multi-vit, glucosamine, vitamin d, vitamin e, vitamin b6, flax oil, etc.).
as i alluded to the other day, i am also currently using gh at 2iu's each day, and have been since jan 1.
at different times during the year, i will also use deca at 150mg every 14 days...yes, that's a pretty meager dose but, it makes my joints feel so much friggin' younger! the difference is night and day.
sometimes, after i workout i will use creatine and take a couple of bcaa caps...i rarely use any sort of pre-workout stuff...there's just too much "energy" shit in those damn things and my body doesn't like that shit at all...pre-workout, if my butt is dragging a little, i'll shoot down a good-sized cup of black coffee.
i drink a whey protein shake or two each day...usually 80 grams or so per, mixed with water.
during the week, i generally shun carb intake...my diet during the week consists mostly of protein and fat. on the weekends, i cut loose and have a little fun (e.g., pizza, wings, fries, fun stuff!).
that's pretty much it.
