Okay, so I picked up this new mag from Muscle and Fitness. It was called Total Nutrition. So I flip threw the pages, and it has alot of information about proteins, Amino Acids, Vitamins, and of course the debate of Low carb/High Fat/protein and high carb/low fat/moderate protein.
I was following a program by swolecat and got good results, however I was left very flat and weak. I didn't feel to heathy either.
What works best out of the two diets?
