Dieting Basics!!!!

The KEY from this in my opinion is MAKE CHANGES SLOWLY...when I get my act together here are my steps:
1) cut out all desserts (i own an ice cream store, this is tough)
2) no fried foods
3) no eating out at all
4) perfect it

if you make every meal yourself, you'll be WAY ahead of the game.

i would have to have a cork surgically implanted in my mouth to own/work in an 'scream store. :chomp:

i don't belive i would get tired of it--there is always a new topping!!
 
AS 2%.....!? not quite. didnt read entire thing but it says at top by anthony...i guess roberts...any of u ever see him......not impressive sorry to say. i could care less what he says.
