The KEY from this in my opinion is MAKE CHANGES SLOWLY...when I get my act together here are my steps:
1) cut out all desserts (i own an ice cream store, this is tough)
2) no fried foods
3) no eating out at all
4) perfect it
if you make every meal yourself, you'll be WAY ahead of the game.
