Lifting on off all my life am 30<br />
7+cycles under belt.<br />

Would like a diet tuned to me. How many carbs and fats and when to eat.<br />

My goal is to keep muscle and burn fat would like to get down to 10-08 bf. I jog or stair step 2 mi a day 4-5 times ah week.<br />

What about glycemic index dont understand how it works or what to eat off that chart.<br />

I posted a great article in this forum about diet, take a look. Its from Layne Norton, guy is a genius. I have been running it as I have the same type of goal and it has been working well for me. I am about to bump up my cardio even more now as to hit next level of fat burning. Take a look and let me know.

I was trying to read it but there's so much I understand it but I was hoping for someone to tell me how many carbs I should be taking and when and the same with fats. For some reason diets go right past me I can read and read it makes sense but Im clueless as to what to eat and how to use it. I can study AAS and got it first shot but food am a dummy.

Here's currently what I eat:

Chicken breast
lean turkey
ham
beef jerky 95% fat free
turkey sandwich
protein shake with one of the berries mentioned below. with whey protein, 2.1 recovery ratio, d-ribose, life extention, citurilline malate.
blue berries
strawberries
bananas
rice cakes with all natural peanut butter or jam
low fat yugert
skim milk
oatmeal
cream of wheat
bread sourdough or whole wheat
crasins
dried apercots
almonds
peanuts
light grapefruit jucie
diet cranberry jucie
baked potato plain with salt and pepper
apple

all I can think of right now.

I spluge on the weekend usually at buffalo wild wings boneless wings about 4-6 and some fries. 1-2 beers or a mixed drink
