I am entering my off season and looking for a new diet to put on about 10 solid pounds and oviously get stronger. Is there any on the net to go by. Or is 2grms of carbs and 1.5grms of protein per pound of body weight enough to go by. Any suggestions would be a great help.

Would be helpful to know your weight at present. Do you have a healthy ratio of lean mass to BF? Let us know where you are at and we can help you. Take care.
