Diet tips to avoid bloating

sparkant

New member
hey guys , just wondering if anyone has any diet tips to avoid bloat whilst on , i really fancy deca again but bloated pretty bad on just 200mgdeca and 300 test a week i know there are drugs available to combat this but surely diet plays a major role ,i am thinking 500 test 200 deca i just dont fancy gaining 20lb of water that comes with the 4-5lb of solid muscle that i am hoping for all help is apreceated

well first off you should be getting more than 5lbs of muscle with deca unless your big as hell aready...bloating from deca is also due to high prolactin levels...diet is key i guess, just try eating cleaner.

im not refering to scale weight - i could gain 25lb easily but when all the bloat has gone i would expect to be left with around 10lb max hopefully 80% solid muscle

carb intake will effect how much wate u carry

sodium intake will also effect it

however remeber less carbs you eat less muscle you gain, so hence while u may look less watery, ull gain alot less muscle

also u can only reduce sodium so low, u do need a descent amount to keep u healthy still

best thing to get rid of water is an A.I, diet will help, but it wont do alot when ur have alot of aromatisation and bloat from deca

That is completely wrong.

You need the carbs, so lowering the carb intake is a NO.
But, what you could do is try having the carbs around the time you work out, that should help.
Also, keep the sodium intake to a minimum,

Proviron or mast bloating is a side effect not so diet related...

really explain ur fairytale theory?

carbs spike insulin and are stored as glycogen

increase carb intake increases glycogen stores in muscles, allow for more intense workouts and increaes anabolism of increased rate of protein synthesis

carbs are the main energy source of the body n spare protein from being metabalised

more insulin brings more nutrients to muscles and speeds recovery process,

carbs are anabolic, the more carbs you eat the more muscle you can gain, aswell as preserve

why do you think theres always risk of muscle loss from low carb diets? and strength losses

Very true! However, too many carbs make you fat even if their good clean carbs. Carbs are imperative
in building muscle as long as you don't overload..

I've gained more upping my carbs then upping protien

Use an ai or dht

less sodium

Not all carbs are created equal. As a matter of fact high fructose corn syrup is a carb but by and large gets converted right to fat because our body does not know how to process it because its man made garbage. It also fails to cause the the chemical release that triggers the full feeling. Carbs with a low glycemic load are good, these include natural food such as vegetables and fruits although some fruits are better than others. Anything processed from a carb standpoint (breads, pasta etc) should be minimized. Many athletes actually get most of their energy from fats, good clean fats.

The govornment and their whole low fat high carb diet is killing America.

and that is the main ingredient in gatorade, which I've been preaching against for years to little avail.

add in some need2slin if you fear adding in extra carbs...

I know I was able to drop a little body fat, while gaining lbm, even when I was "off season" and eating just above maintenance with 200+ carbs a day, and two weekly cheats by using it.
