My fat/protein/calorie breakdown for day 1 on CKD was supposed to be this
306F / 121P / 3121cals

This was my end of day totals

223F/ 121P / 2491cals

I couldnt get any more food in. Im 285 will this hurt me or will i loose fat faster?

Todays a little better, eating more tuna w/ mayo and taking flax oil.....
 
when dieting down slowly and gradually is the way to go, otherwise your asking for a terrible rebound and/or a metabolic shutdown where you body stops releasing fat altogether. to prevent this just gradually go down, dont make huge jumps it will help in the long run.
 
it depends on your activity

are you doing cardio ? lifting weights ?

Training 4-5 days a week (total failure drop setss)
Cardio No less than 4 times a week.
It differenciates, 40-60 min walking to rolloerblading for an hour....
Its too nice out to wast daylight in the gym on a treadmill.
 
To answer your ?, 2500 cal is OK to lose fat
but don't eat less if you don't want to lose LBM

BTW you're doing a lot of cardio....

How much cardio would be ideal ya think....3 days a week?
Im not worried a bout loosing a little LBM i am 285, not fat just a big bastard....Last summer i was 295 with a 28 inch waist. I wanna get lean and if i loose size in the process fine im tired of putting pants on and my legs cant get through them.LOL

cardio: 3-4 days a week is OK - for less than 1hour

and weights on the others days (or weights + a bit of cardio at the end)

... and don't forget to eat plenty of proteins
